| | Hi, kulwinder. It is natural for there to be differences in weight status and loss – some of it depends on fluid shifts, too. If you find that your weight stagnates, the best way to deal with that is through exercise, including making changes to what you’re currently doing, to wake up new muscles. |
| | Hi, Mario. Yes – “100%” is a legal term, and when it is applied to any whole grain, it must mean exactly that. |

| | Hi, Marilyn. The video discussed artificial or overprocessed versions of popular foods that should be healthy, but have been manipulated into being particularly harmful to your goals. Rather than giving up on them altogether, we encourage better versions in their original, natural forms. Regular “whole wheat” bread – this often also contains refined flours, so it is preferred to select “100% whole” grain products (wheat or other); however, even with these products, be sure to read the label and avoid hydrogenated fats or similar ingredients such as mono- and diglycerides. Similarly with corn, while processed corn products and foods with corn-based sweeteners are not recommended, fresh corn (especially non-GMO corn) and products made with simple whole corn meal are fine. |

| | Hi, cem. The intention is for you to eat all of them. |
