![]() | hi ossie – |
![]() | Hi, SandySandy. All of the exchanges are visible through this link: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. Just scroll down, and you can see them all. If you are seeking something else, please let me know. |
![]() | the link for exchange lists that you gave – where can i find it? under which category? |
![]() | Hi, megmiller77. You can build your menus by clicking on the edit tool (a pencil icon) on the right side of each meal header, then selecting foods from the searchable master list. You will be shown the exchange sizes when you select the foods, and will be guided by your meal pattern, which has been calculated to meet your needs and goals. For exchanges, you can also check out this page: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. |
![]() | One more question…..Is there a place other than having to go “build a menu” that you can look to find exchanges of common foods? I may not be looking in the right place. Thank you! |
![]() | Hi, megmiller77. At the risk of loading up at the end of the day, it is still better if you get at least most of your exchanges in daily – that way you meet your basic nutritional needs (though once in a while missing something isn’t the end of the world, of course). Having an extra serving of fruit is fine – just be sure to pay attention to your blood sugar levels if you are a diabetic, of course. We definitely wouldn’t want you to waste good produce! |
![]() | Hi, SandySandy. Your profile is linked to your progress meter. |
![]() | Question: I do IF and my fasting period goes longer for whatever reason and I skip lunch. Do I still need to account for all the exchanges during dinner/snack, or just let them go? Also, is there a way to balance out a negative exchange (i.e If I eat Grapefruit for snack when it doesn’t call for a fruit so I have a -1 for fruit exchange.) I would like to follow to a “T” but started this 2 days after grocery haul and I can’t justify wasting all the produce I purchased . Thanks! |
![]() | yes, but not on my profile. i enter the weight every week on the progress meter, correct? |
![]() | Hi, SandySandy. It is indeed recommended that you update your weight so you can track your progress – but especially if it changes significantly. When you lose a significant amount of weight, that is when it is best to enter the new one and regenerate your menus altogether (through the “+” sign), so that you get an adjusted amount of food if your new weight moves you into a new category. |
![]() | Hi, SandySandy. Yes, I saw the questions – great ones that can help everyone. You can do what you suggested there. |
![]() | on my profile page, i entered my weight when i joined. is that weight supposed to change when i update my weight every weeK? in any case, it changes daily even though i do nothing. i keep correcting and it jumps around. i started with 73.5 and after one week i am 72.8. |
![]() | Thanks Ossie (Osnat?) even though there were more than 2 questions 🙂 |
![]() | Hi, SandySandy, and congratulations! Yes to all of your questions. We want the plan to be comfortable for you. |
![]() | Hi I don’t believe it but I have actually lost weight even though i was sure that i was eating WAY too much.Yeah!! |
