Snow peas are mostly the pod, so they are a green vegetable – not “free,” but definitely green: one cup raw (or 1/2 cup cooked) is a vegetable exchange. For regular green peas, 3/4 cup is a carbohydrate exchange. |

Just click on the edit tool that appears next to a recipe, and when you get the pop-up list of alternatives, scroll to the end and select meal “ideas.” Those include basic, quick options. |

![]() | Hi, SandySandy. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, then it may take some time for your body to get used to normal amounts of food again. This is a lifestyle improvement program rather than a crash sort of “diet.” |
