Hi, I’m trying to change my profile name to ‘Fay’ with no success. I downloaded the ‘Trim Down Club Cookbook’ and printed the pages . I found that only pages from 60-89 has exchanges eg. 1 Carb, 1 Protein, 1 fat . all the other pages don’t have them. Can I get the exchanges somehow for the rest of the recipes? thanks

How do I keep track of my posts? How do I know if someone answered a question? I asked one and no one answered it.

As I am printing out my menus and the day comes I am finding I am exchanging things for what I have available or with leftovers from the day before. Does that effect the weight loss if you find eating different snacks or etc on each day

Yahoo!! Finally found an eating plan I can stick with.

Love this program. Am trying some of the recipes as I love to cook. So excited that I can make menus geared to what I have in the pantry. Have always to eat healthy but sometimes get waylaid with life. Have to keep concentrating on good eating habits. I will do this. I will do this. I will do this.

Hi, Amanda. Absolutely! The closest exchange nutritionally is extra-virgin olive oil.

Hi, Marian. Tassimo Latte doesn’t have artificial ingredients, but the sugar and milk protein are refined. It’s fine as an occasional treat, but we would encourage you to just make the espresso and add your own cream or milk and a high-quality sweetener like raw sugar, Stevia, erythritol, or a combination.

I do drink Almond milk by it self and not added to coffee. Does the ready made Latte (Tassimo) have artificial sweeteners?

Hi, Marian. Coffee (including espresso) is fine, but we don’t favor highly artificial additives such as Coffee Mate. Have you considered trying a non-dairy “milk” such as rice, almond, or hazelnut?

Hi, I joined new the group last week. But had visitors for a week. I’m planning to start the program next week. Wanted to clarify the following;
I love my brewed coffee with coffee mate and sugar, at least twice a week. Also I have Tassimo coffee machine and I like making late and cappuccino. Is this allowed within the program?
