![]() | Hi, I’m trying to change my profile name to ‘Fay’ with no success. I downloaded the ‘Trim Down Club Cookbook’ and printed the pages . I found that only pages from 60-89 has exchanges eg. 1 Carb, 1 Protein, 1 fat . all the other pages don’t have them. Can I get the exchanges somehow for the rest of the recipes? thanks |

![]() | Hi, Marian. Tassimo Latte doesn’t have artificial ingredients, but the sugar and milk protein are refined. It’s fine as an occasional treat, but we would encourage you to just make the espresso and add your own cream or milk and a high-quality sweetener like raw sugar, Stevia, erythritol, or a combination. |

![]() | Hi, Marian. Coffee (including espresso) is fine, but we don’t favor highly artificial additives such as Coffee Mate. Have you considered trying a non-dairy “milk” such as rice, almond, or hazelnut? |
