HI,
I am new and have a couple questions.
i see the serving size is four and I can’t change it.
is the serving size on menu 1?
Also how do we use the recipes when the meal plans have foods listed that are not in the recipe?

Hi i have joined to give it a try. I do hope it works. The video was very informative but long but got my attention. Do we get books as shown in video or just downloads?

Hi, Angie. Those items are offered in early menus and in the Menu PUlanner lists to enable people to gradually upgrade habits without throwing out food. Most folks here have a stash of low-fat/non-fat items when starting.

Hi. I’m a new comer and I’m a little bit confused. The video I watched about the 5 foods to stay away from was saying to avoid low fat and fat free products. Yet on here I see fat free stuff on the menus. Can someone give me a little advice please? Thanks

Got it. Thank you.

Hi, bobbiewilli. Thanks fine, but we would recommend calcium-fortified almond milk.

I am lactose intolerant. I can handle non fat yogurt, some cheese and non fat cottage cheese. I also only eat poultry and fish so it’s nice that I can substitute out for what I can eat. My question is: can I switch out any milk product to a unsweetened almond milk? This is what I always have on hand.

Hi, bobbiewillie. Two snacks instead of lunch is fine. As long as you get in enough food during the day so you don’t load up at night, it’s all good.

I’m having some difficulty eating my lunch and snacks. I work at a store where I’m alone and people come in constantly. I don’t get a break or lunch. What I need is to have small snacks I can eat while working when no one is in the store. Is it possible to do 2 snacks instead of lunch? Would that jam up my process. Also, where can I find the information about what actually has to be eaten together i.e. protein with carb or dairy with carb etc. Sometimes, if the store is busy, I have to stretch out the snack and only eat when I’m alone. Will this be okay or do I NEED to eat everything together. Sorry for multitude of questions

Hi, cms559. Go to “My Purchases” near the top of the page, then once inside, click on the top package – you will be led to the downloads area.
