![]() | I am lactose intolerant. I can handle non fat yogurt, some cheese and non fat cottage cheese. I also only eat poultry and fish so it’s nice that I can substitute out for what I can eat. My question is: can I switch out any milk product to a unsweetened almond milk? This is what I always have on hand. |

![]() | Hi, bobbiewillie. Two snacks instead of lunch is fine. As long as you get in enough food during the day so you don’t load up at night, it’s all good. |
![]() | I’m having some difficulty eating my lunch and snacks. I work at a store where I’m alone and people come in constantly. I don’t get a break or lunch. What I need is to have small snacks I can eat while working when no one is in the store. Is it possible to do 2 snacks instead of lunch? Would that jam up my process. Also, where can I find the information about what actually has to be eaten together i.e. protein with carb or dairy with carb etc. Sometimes, if the store is busy, I have to stretch out the snack and only eat when I’m alone. Will this be okay or do I NEED to eat everything together. Sorry for multitude of questions |
