Just wanted to say thank you for putting my menus back to where they were when I started. Little by little I am getting closer to following them more perfectly. Noticing the changes in how I’m feeling. My body is loving all of the high-quality, simple, whole foods and clean eating. Thank you again.

I thought it was too much food too but I gave it a try and lost 6 pounds in a week and a half. You will lose weight even with the amount of food. We dieters are used to eaten no less to lose weight but this isn’t a diet. Also, when I am stuffed and can’t eat a cup of fruit Roth yogurt I eat 2 tbsps of raisins instead. Just trust the process.

Hi, mmloheed, and welcome. We do encourage you to eat everything on the men, including the snacks.

Can someone give me some good ideas for easy snacks for a road trip. I am new to this and could use the help. Thank you

Hi I’m new to all this, do we need to eat snacks or is it okay to skip?

Hi, Monica. We suggest to start with the 8-week introductory path. The link is on the home page, but I’m also placing it here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/sbs/standard-guide/week-1/week-2/week-3/week-4/week-5/week-6/week-7/week-8/.

Hi I have no clue where to start ?

Ossie-Sharon 8 years ago

Hi, Patty. Thanks for that information. There’s definitely room for compromise, and I’m happy to help in whatever I can.
First, you can cut back a bit on the foods in your menu, preferably from the starchy carbs. Stick with the protein and produce foods.
Second, walking or even being on your feet is not essential for physical activity, but some form of exercise is very important to your health – if you lose weight without it, you will lose muscle, and that can impact your organs and ultimately function. The following are a few of our videos for ideas to get you started:

Hi, thank you 🙂 Food for 3 days in the meaning that I might be able to have all that food over three days! I am not very active, as a matter of fact, I can barely walk, but still, I gained weight over the past year and a half and finally decided to get rid of it. I am not on a diet but my food intake is around one-third of that shown in a daily menu of the planner tool… I simply eat a very small amount of food for it is enough to fill my stomach, but it seems that every 10 grams of food become 20 grams of fat in my body 🙁

Hi, sktsts. Only if it is freshly squeezed.

Ossie-Sharon 8 years ago

Hi, Patty, and welcome. Can you describe what you mean by food “for three days”? Were you on a restrictive diet before? Are you physically active? Any limitations?

sksts20 8 years ago

That is supposed to be orange juice

Can I have nonage juice that is not from a concentrate
