Can I use this page to ask a question? It’s my first day and I think I can cope with this way of eating but I just must have the occasional fix of organic 70%+ chocolate. Without it I shall probably give up the diet. What is your view on this? I am nearly 85 and hope to alleviate my arthritis by losing weight.

Hi, Fersk. He needs about 1/6 more than you. As you lose weight, this difference will increase, of course.

Hi, My husband would like to join me in eating healthy to loose weight. He is 59, 6’1″, and 253 lbs. How much more food would he require than me on this plan?

Hi, AuntGailG. Absolutely! Click on the “My Food Choices” icon (an apple) in the toolbar above your current menu. You will be brought to food lists from which you can select foods to go into your menu, and avoid the foods that don’t work for you.
