Hi, I’m Carol and I’m into my 2nd week here. I was shocked & very excited to lose 10 lbs. in my 1st week! This site rocks, I love reading the newbies comments, they help inspire me to stay on target and in control of my eating habits. I’m 6l yrs. old and had 3 strokes in 2012. I’m aiming for 0 strokes in 2013, but I really need to lose weight! I’m glad I joined the trimdown club 🙂

Hi everyone, I’m a newbie. I have thyroid (hypo) and just had a child 18 months ago and still can not get the weight to come off. I’m a mother of 6 children total. I breastfeed with all of them and never had trouble losing the wieght even with my tyroid problem until my last baby. I weigh 170lbs witch is 50lbs over my average hight. I just can’t get rid of the fat. Hope this program works!

Hi Joyce and welcome 😉
I think this is the way to intro yourself. I just started on the program 4 days ago and read A BUNCH! Then started looking in and replying on some of the threads.
Have fun with the experimenting of new foods and dropping those pounds!

I’m new. I’ve just been on the diet for 3 days. I’m not sure if this is how one becomes a memeber or not—I paid for the site. and I’ve been recording what I eat on the he site here. So I’m not sure if one introduces oneself here or the club is supposed to intro someone. Anyway , I’m here –If I’m doing this wrong let me know
Thank you
Joyce

not me annaleeramos, won’t catch me making my own bread but when I move I will ask the trendy little bakers in town to make it for me! If I give them all the info they might be happy to add a new line not just for me but for other customers as well?

I did my bike ride today. I was shooting for a full 30 minutes but only could do 25. Started to get a head ache but did much better than I thought I would.

Hello and welcome to Mary Ellen and Ke053605 as well as all how have joined the Trim Down Club. Hey Dawn, I think that making your own bread is a great idea because you will know exactly what is in it. Just be sure to us the SWG flour. There are plenty of recipes online. When I use to bake my own bread, I would make them into rolls as well and place them in the freezer because I would make Plenty to last me for a good while.

Just thought i would share these findings with you all.
Avacado has protein plus healthy fats. more protein than cows milk.
Peaches has 2 grams of protein.
Dried figs are high in protein.

welcome Ke053605.
my name is maddi stealfox -on here -my real name is Janet.
I got the name maddi from my daughters coton [dog] !
and stealfox was a 5xgrandparents surname .from chester in uk. sadly that name appears to be forever gone.
