Hey Ginnerlou…goodmorning love….try me now…I have just changed my setting so you can find me…well it should work now. I will change it back after you find me.
Feeling for all those UK friends who are freezing now! Hope you are okay Dawnrosie?
I just saw your post Awayagain4…yes! What have you done?…sounds lovely for you to have it like that after 12 years! But if it gets worse, you may hear Spainish guitars softly playing!!! I love the snow…as long as I can keep warm!!! I lived in Invercargill NZ for 11.5 years…came home to Australia 11 years ago next month! It snowed twice while we were there, and once was Christmas…not enough that day to get too excited about though. The first time, I was sitting writing letters around midnight, and noticed the quietness. Realising it wasn’t because the family were asleep, I looked up at the windows and saw the snow falling past the street light! Was pretty exciting for a North Queenslander, so I woke the family so they wouldn’t miss watching it fall…we ran around the street throwing snowballs at eachother and made a snowman! The neighbours woke up in the morning to find our prints everywhere! They had a good laugh at us crazy Aussies!
cntwall, just check in your menu for another alternative love. Should be something in there for you to pick from. Don’t know where you are, but someone will be able to help you later when they all wake up..hehe…I don’t have those things on my lists.I haven’t got butter on my list, as I use olive oil, or an olive oil spread. The raw butter and milk aren’t too well used at this stage. Yes it can be a bit boring.I had to play with my menu a few times to get what I am using. Hope it all goes well…

Good morning fellow cruisers. It is very cold and we have 10cms snow in the West Midlands, UK. Our dogs love romping in the snow, especially our 10 month old puppy.

It is the first time in twelve years that we have wintered in the UK. We usually go to Spain, returning in April. What have we done?

At least the cold weather makes for a brisk walk in the woods and everywhere looks so beautiful. No loitering today.

well I did my shopping and wasnt too bad. I got my fruit and vegetbales and plenty of fresh stuff too. I also got my bread – well actually go wraps – I am moving slowly away from white bread. I hae been buying wraps from the cafe at work instead of sandwhiches or rolls.

but I will make my own this week so I got some tuna and skinless chicken breast to cook to fill will lots of salad fillings,

Chaning my diet this week to eating more salads etc at lunch I am finding I stayed full a lot quicker and didnt go for any afternoon sweet or fatty snacks.

Well its only the first week. But I am wanting to keep going

Hi all! Thanks for answering my slice of stuffing question. I have another question for anyone. What can I replace raw butter and raw milk with? I bought organic milk and butter since the store didn’t sell the raw. The butter was pretty expensive so is there another alternative that won’t affect the diet? Me and my husband have been on this for only 2 days and like it for the most part but worry we will get bored eventually with some of the stuff. For some reason some of the same stuff keeps coming up on the menu and when I look for another option it comes up with stuff i don’t like. For example green beans gives me parsnips as the only other option when I click other options. Why not peas or something I can actually stomach. Anyhow I will play with the menu some more and see what I can come up with.

Hello there every one. Hi Jackiee and Seaborn. Hey Seaborn, that is some great news. I also think it great for you to walk with the kids and all for good moral support. I love to garden and really need to start tilling my soil for my early spring crop. I am going to wait till February for the last frost of the season. I had a chance to take a look at your pictures Seaborn on Facebook. Really great pics. I miss living near the water. It was grand. I still like the old Texas sunrise and sunsets. Maybe I will do like you and take my camera out for a stroll. Surely there must be something worth taking a picture of. And if not I can always go to the Goodnight for me. Take care, and healthy eating.

Morning all you lot…just doing my morning things including checking you all out!
Chia…good to hear you are doing better love….I have a bad back too, and have had some cramping from it before. Not pleasant.I don’t understand what causes it, but I reckon the pain causes us to stiffen up a bit which then puts stress on the muscles…causing spasms.
R2b2…sounds like it was a great day for a birthday…not so hot as the previous days. And you are right…let’s celebrate life…too late once we are gone love.
Yeah, it is always good to get out on the farm and do things with the kids. Having their two boys, 10 and 9, in next Friday…take them home after church on Sunday arvo. They are off to a little school for the first time after that…been homeschooled. They are very excited! I have been in a bit of a quandry as to whether to see the little granddaughter off to school(her first year) in town, or go and join the boys…I think I will join the boys, as I will be walking to school with Steph and Joe and Mum most mornings. More important to support the boys that day I think, and I am very excited that they are going to the tiny local school. I am all for small schools.
Anyway, my hubbie is very busy building a new garden up the back, and I must try and look busy too!!! Hahah…..I think I have lost my 3lbs (1.3kilos) again!
Enjoy the day, night, wherever you are…catch up with on the ship later….Bev.

SWG bread is made from grain that was allowed to sprout before milling ad baking, to develop enzymes that improve digestibility; SWG can be any whole grain, but is usually whole wheat, which contains gluten.
Gluten-free bread is made from regular wheat-free flour, and is not necessarily whole-grain.
The two are really quite different, though of course there can be a SWG gluten-free bread.

What is the difference between SWG bread and gluten free bread
