![]() | Well down another lb. That makes me down 4 lbs. in 2 weeks. It’s what they say should be good.Of course it seems to slow to me.That is how we all are, want everything now. |
![]() | Hi thank you for your reply, I think it’s going to be difficult to get this bread, do you know of any alternative bread that would be good to incorporate into this way of eating |
![]() | I am new too…SWG is sprouted whole grain. I found it at Whole Foods….I am sure there are others but the brand I found is Ezekiel 4:9. You may check the frozen section at your grocer. GOOD LUCK! |
![]() | Hi I’m new to this way of eating but I am unsure what SWG bread is ? |
![]() | Hey all. All good here. Jackiee…. Wrapping is going good. Think i prefer it. I tried some SWG bread and well didnt really like it much. Some its wraps for me. I am filling it with lots of salads. Yummo. |
![]() | ossie…for breakfast….what is the actual serving size of oats…as i like mine raw [soaked overnight in milk] |
![]() | Goodmorning, afternoon or evening all (or sweet dreams too)how are you all getting on? that me at my breakfast now. I tend to type as I eat as it helping me to learn to eat slower. Big DITTO Kimwitheti and cheers for reminding me about amazon…will check it out later. Lynrua, I used rye crsipbread and wholegrain breads until I sourced better options. I’m sure it will work for you Rhoda, it is for so many of us on this healthy eating lifestyle. Good luck aznd welcome aboard. |
![]() | I really like this change of life. I am never hungry, always satisfied and truly feel better. I don’t have any temptations, my house is full of junk food items the rest of my family enjoys but I don’t have any desire to eat any of it. I have lost 10 pounds in 7 days and am so excited to continue on. My family all love junk food, but they have enjoyed the dishes I have been cooking for dinner. I have found on Amazon.com, that a lot of the sprouted whole grain pastas and the brown rice pastas to be less expensive than the grocery stores and health food stores in my area. Good Luck everyone, I hope you reach your goals 🙂 |
![]() | Hi there My name is Lyn Rua from NZ and I’m just starting on this diet. Gonna have to search for the right bread (my letdown) BUT i’m prepared to give it a go |
![]() | I hope this works.— Rhoda |
![]() | I can certainly see your dilemma. If you feed your husband that tonight, don’t expect to get any later….LOL. Like they said earlier, try the refresh for other ideas. You’ve probably done that already and you can see there are lots of alternatives. Good luck. |
![]() | Scotlandnell, agree with Doryssb and get hitting that refresh button to find options. I personnal would If I had all these items after the swaps I would keep the veggies as they are. Mix the ricotta with a little hot water, to make a white cheese sauce, cook the pasta, them mix pasta, ricotta sauce and salmon (broken into flakes)together and served along side the veggies . It is a lovely dish and even my italian hubby loves this one. Good luck whatever you try. |
![]() | Never heard of Mahi Mahi before Apensa, but your dinner tonight sounds delizioso, I hope Ossie will be on soon to give you a nutrionist opinion. 🙂 |
![]() | Hi Apensa, Sperko, I think most of us have posted that same question! It does seem like a lot of food, if you can’t finish a meal then make sure you eat your veggies (not to sound like your mom!) and grains if you have to cut back let it be on whatever the fat is for that meal. It is okay to make your snack portion smaller, but unless you are just miserable, try not to skip them. This way you will keep stoking the fires of your metablolism. Scotlandnell, have you used the little refresh button to the side of each of your menu choices? You can go in and change out just one item or redo the entire meal if you want to. So far the salmon and maybe some steamed broccoli sounds good to me and would plate nice 🙂 I might change out the other two ingredients though. Doryss |
![]() | Well thats my weigh in done and another 1\2 kilos down, I know it’s not much for a week but if I keep going like this I’ll be smiling in my bathingsuit this summer instead of hiding under a towel 🙂 Apensa, maybe it was the vodka that done the weight gain but I bet it was well worth it. I only do a weigh in once a week now as didn’t like the yoyoing scales everyday. Hows everyone else doing? in Australia, America, UK and any other country I might have missed? think of you all and hoping your staying motivated on your own plan |
