APENSA – I like the way you have Ossie Sharon’s back – all the time. I’m sure she appreciates you 🙂 I have not been on here for many months and am recuperating in the hospital Skilled Care area from knee replacement. Having a hard time with the painful therapy but know it has to be, or it can freeze up. I DON’T WANT THAT!!! That would be having the surgery all over again. This is bad enough to go through. I still receive the posts and occasionally read a few. Hope all is well with you 🙂

Cindy…..I’m sure Ossie Sharon will get back to you regarding your concerns. Sometimes it takes a little while if she is off. Be patient….she will respond ASAP.

Hello? Anyone answer me?

Cindyf123 11 years ago

Another question. My Doctor has me on a low sodium lifestyle of 1500 milligrams or less a day. Cottage Cheese , even low sodium cottage is to high and on my forbidden list. Can I substitute ricotta for it? And you never answered me if adult 1 is 195 & adult 2 is 172 are the portions the same? Thanks, Cindy

How do I put in the other persons weight and age?

Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago

Hi, Cindy. It really should be more individual than that. If you can post the ages, genders, heights, weights, and activity levels of each person, I can tell you what proportion of your menu they should each should be eating.

Are we supposed to eat every 2 or 3 hours? I am not used to this structure. Thanks

Hi, being new our family has a lot of questions daily about the plan. This is the second day. Each one of us weigh a different number. We put the person who weighs the most in the category, does the menu for the rest of us still apply ? We also have another iPad so it’s hard to link up the same menu. Thank you Jeneieve

Hi, Joan. Probably, yes. Again, it is a matter of knowing what went into it. If the ingredients are not labeled, I would suggest to ask the baker/manager/owner.

I hate to sound ignorant, but I am finding SWG bread, english muffins, etc. I am presuming that wg is whole grain, but SWG? Can anyone help?

Hi. Started the 21 day challenge a week ago (cant remember in which email I found it). Checked the scale after 7 days didn’t lose but didn’t gain either which is good. Food choices are good and enjoy preparing. My daughter has joined me and she really enjoys it because I get to prepare the meals she doesn’t. Lots of food some days but we are getting through them. I try to walk at least 4 days a week for an hour or so, I am really hoping week 2 will show some progress weight-wise. Plan to continue this life change.

With the substitution arrow buttons, you never have to eat anything you don’t want ever again.
