Hi, DJack35. What is it about the menus do you find boring? Is it the variety or the types of foods? Note that you can make swaps by using the nearby edit tools. To take advantage of our recipes, you can use them to substitute for the main ingredient in your meal. You can also match up the exchanges visible at the end of each recipe with the exchanges allotted to you (which you can see when you click on “Exchange View” in the toolbar above your menu). It doesn’t need to be a perfect match to work.
To get the a app, look up the website on your smartphone search engine, enter, and you will see the option to download the app.
If you have additional questions, please do repost here, and I will get back to you.

Hello. I am completely overwhelmed with this program. I made my menu for one week and pretty much stuck with it. I was bored out of my mind with the food choices. I am confused with the recipes. Can I use recipes that are provided and how does that fit into the meal plan or does it? If I want try a pizza recipe you have for my lunch, does that take the place of lunch on my meal plan? If I want to start over with my choices can I do that? I just want to quit at this point. Also I cannot find the app for this plan.
Help please

Hi, Hiatus. If it is made from non-starchy vegetables and has no added sugar, then yes.

Is a 12oz glass of vegetable juice considered skipping breakfast?

Hi, Inspired12. I’m happy to help. Note that you don’t need to use our recipes if you don’t want – just get ideas for healthy cooking techniques. You can also get those from our main Program Guide (you can download this through the “My Guides” link in the toolbar near the top of each site page). Please do take advantage of the swap functions (edit tools) near any food item you don’t want, or any meal that you want to completely simplify. If you would like specific information, please let me know.
I can also help direct you regarding site issues. What is confusing?
Thanks.

Hi, ThisGirlCan. I see that you now have a menu with breakfast. If you need additional assistance, please do repost.

Hi, Nanette77. Absolutely. Frozen vegetables are a good alternative to fresh.

I am unable to change the “skip breakfast” selection. In other words, I don’t want to skip breakfast. All my menus are coming up with no breakfast. Please help! Thank you.

Can we use frozen veggies and fruits?

Hi, Bubbazoo. Our menus here are calculated to meet your nutritional needs for health, as well as for meeting your weight loss goal – no risk of undereating here! 1000 calories is indeed far too little for you, and will result in rebound weight gain. I encourage you to generate a menu set here (click on “My Menus” on the homepage, then on the plus button inside), and see how it suits you. I’m here if you need any help.

Hi, wondering how to get away from under eating? I just dislike the whole process, it’s expensive, time consuming and I don’t enjoy it. I’m overweight anyhow because when I do eat I tend to eat a lot and of the wrong things 🙁
My average day is under 1000 calories

Hi, Irasemagzz. The items usually cover a couple of food groups. If you would like to add something to it, we recommend very low-carbohydrate vegetables, such as salad greens, cooking greens, cucumber, zucchini, celery, turnip, or kohlrabi. If you like to cook, you can have 1/2 portions of two recipes at a meal.

Hello
I am confused, and I am new, when I check my week menus it just give me one option, that’s all I can eat? Or I can add another things that are permitted
