  1. 4 egg whites
  2. ½ cup oatmeal
  3. ¼ cup cottage cheese
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. ¼ tsp cinnamon
  6. ¼ tsp nutmeg


  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cook on preheated non-stick skillet until golden brown.
  3. Serve with real maple syrup or fruit-only preserves, or eat plain with your choice of fresh or frozen fruit.
