A yummy and healthy quick morning treat from one of our Clubmembers.
- ½ cup / 120 ml / brewed coffee, preferably organic
- ½ cup / 120 ml milk, preferably organic pastured, soy, or almond
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. / 2½ g flax or chia seed, freshly ground
- 1 tsp. / 2½ g pure cocoa (optional)
- Vanilla or almond extract to taste (optional)
- Ice to your preference
- Throw everything in the blender and blend to your desired consistency.
Serving Size:1 ½ cups / 360 ml
