Hi, Wendy. With the Menu Planner, you can avoid any foods you want – there are many fruits (see the Snacks section), and if the non-citrus ones are not in season, try frozen or canned in natural juices. Granola is also in the Menu Planner – see Starches in Carbohydrates; Back to Nature products are great.
The Weight Watchers bars don’t really fit with the program because of the ingredients – for example, they are high in high-fructose corn syrup, which definitely works against your goals and health. We suggest to look for less processed types. Examples (see the ingredient lists) http://www.livingharvest.com/products/ice-cream-bars; http://www.stonyfield.com/products/frozen/frozen-yogurt-bars/nonfat/gotta-have-vanilla; http://www.eatenlightened.com/faq/.
I do not have access to your menu, but I can get it through customer service; since this will take a couple of days, if you want, you can copy and paste sample days in this thread, and I will get back to you. Please also include your height, weight, and weight goal (maintenance or loss) and physical activity level.

Wondering if you can assist in my menu planning.

I dont eat citrus foods cause of allergies but I am okay with Banana/apple and watermelon
Can you assist with brands so I know how to shop?
On yogurt I use Yoplait light banana creme pie(2 pts on ww)

granola brand back to nature chocolate delight

Evenings before bed weight watchers 3 points dulce bar

if I can work around this I should be fine..I made the menu but if u can take a look and make sure i did the right things just for this one time I can follow it forever..please advise..thanks
