I dont eat citrus foods cause of allergies but I am okay with Banana/apple and watermelon granola brand back to nature chocolate delight Evenings before bed weight watchers 3 points dulce bar if I can work around this I should be fine..I made the menu but if u can take a look and make sure i did the right things just for this one time I can follow it forever..please advise..thanks |
