Will the proteolytic enzymes in Heal and soothe relieve arthritis pain?

I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis, and I've been experiencing excruciating pain in my elbows and lower back. I've tried heating pads and anti-inflammatory medications, but the pain is still grueling. I became interested in Heal and Soothe's proteolytic enzyme therapy after learning about it. I want to try it, but I'm not sure if it will adequately relieve pain?
