  2. My daily drinks of choice are black coffee from 4 AM to 10 AM, plain water from 10 until 5 PM or so and a glass or 2 of Arizona Diet Green Tea after that until 7 PM when I quit drinking anything until morning. I do not drink sports drinks, booze of any type or sodas at all. Are the 2 glasses of Arizona gonna be a bad problem? Thanks, Don

    • Hi, GolferDon. It’s great to read that you keep up with your fluid needs. We don’t generally recommend the types of artificial sweeteners such as those in diet drinks like the Arizona Tea. If you can perhaps make your own tea (ideally from loose leaves in a ball) and add a high-quality sweetener such as erythritol or Stevia (or a combination). If you use tea bags, be sure to rinse them gently in cool water (don’t squeeze!) to remove the chemicals in the paper before using.
