Safe Sender List

Email services call it different things, from “Contacts List” in Gmail to “Safe Senders” in Outlook/Hotmail. But they all mean the same thing and accomplish the same goal—to ensure that our emails go right into your Inbox instead of Spam.

And since we’re going to send you important stuff, motivational tips and news about weight loss it is very important that you are reading our email, or at least seeing it.

To help ensure our emails are landing in your Inbox, we’ve put together this handy guide to help. If you use one of the following for your emails, just click on it and you will find all the necessary information.

1. Gmail
2. Yahoo! Mail
3. Outlook/Hotmail

If you don’t use one of these, then read how it is done on all of these systems—it is very likely that your email service provider uses an identical method. For example, AOL uses a process that is exactly the same as Yahoo! Mail.

Gmail

Gmail has a very straightforward process. In order to add our email to your contact list, simply open our email and click on the “more” button, which is right beside the “reply” button.

From here a menu will drop down. Please click on “Add Trim Down Club to Contact list” and Gmail will take care of the rest!
