- 1 lb kidney beans
- Olive oil
- Fresh garlic to taste, chopped
- Low-sodium soy sauce, to taste
- Peel and slice the beans, and steam until just soft.
- Heat the oil in a wok. Add the chopped garlic, be careful not to burn it, then add the kidney beans; mix well.
- Add soy sauce to taste, mix well. Cook until very hot, then serve.
