    1. 1 lb kidney beans
    2. Olive oil
    3. Fresh garlic to taste, chopped
    4. Low-sodium soy sauce, to taste


    1. Peel and slice the beans, and steam until just soft.
    2. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the chopped garlic, be careful not to burn it, then add the kidney beans; mix well.
    3. Add soy sauce to taste, mix well. Cook until very hot, then serve.
