Ingredients

  • Sardines, Canned in Oil, 1 can (3.75 oz) (92 g)
  • Cucumber, 1/4 cucumber (8-1/4") (75 g)
  • Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoons (15 g)
  • Mustard, 1/2 Tablespoon (9 g)
  • Table salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons (30 g)
  • Celery stalk (64g)

Instructions

  1. Drain the oil from the sardines
  2. With a fork, mush up the sardines
  3. Cut the delery in sticks
  4. Dice cucumbers, mix all the ingredients (except the celery) and serve with celery sticks
