What is the ratio between protein and low carbs and high carbs?
I want to start with my own diet for the first few days rather than

Just got this diet but after looking it over, it seems like it will be expensive
and I could never eat that much food in one day..does it work if you don\’t eat all
the food that is on the daily diet menu? I don\’t think I will be able to do this. Thanks..Jaylo |
