Dear UK members,

We have just expanded the list of shops that carry the foods we recommend. Please note that all the foods are found in both the US and the UK, but some may be new to many people, and so appear to be entirely “foreign”.
Don’t lose hope! They will become familiar soon enough, and your body will thank you for it.

Here is a link to the expanded list:

Where To Buy in the UK?

If you have any further suggestions feel free to contact-us via the link at the bottom of this page.
As mentioned, we will continue to adjust the program, recipes and applications to your liking, so stay tuned.

I joined today am also confused by the menu’s, I would have to spend the whole day cooking to keep to what has been suggested for me.
Also except for 1 fish curry there are none and these can be quite health and low calorie.
When I played the info tape pt mentoined all the bad foods you should stay clear of yet the menu is full of them.
I need simple uk dishes and can’t spend all day cooking.

Definately need a British version-hoping it’s going to work well. Any help would be very much appreciated really want to loose weight this year

Agree with all comments, very disappointed, didn’t realise it was so American and don’t know what half the food is! Looking forward to seeing menu planner when they’ve amended it so hopefully it will correspond with what we can buy in our usual supermarkets here, can’t afford and don’t want to shop for special foods.

I totally agree, we need the Uk equivalent. Is fry light OK to use?
I joined today so am hoping to lose at least a stone.

You can get turkey rashers in the UK. I think they’re a Bernard Matthews sort of thing which you can get in most supermarkets near the bacon. You can cook it like actual bacon.

I just feel much the same, I just cannot understand what half of the stuff is. Example “real bacon (turkey)” How can bacon be turkey? Plus, I joined this because the advert condemned processed food – well, turkey masquerading as bacon IS processed food in my opinion. To be quite honest it is disappointing. They need to make it more UK friendly.

I am in complete agreement with everyone who is here in the UK.
Most of the choices are products I wouldn’t or couldn’t eat being a diabetic. I don’t think I will be continuing with this. It’s not going to work for me unless English food options are available.
