| | Hi, Procer. Water is, of course, our #1 recommendation. It can be carbonated or not, plain or infused with fresh fruit or flavored with lime or lemon juice and sweetened with a natural non-caloric or low-calorie sweetener (Stevia, monk fruit, xylitol). Beyond that, teas are great (green, white, red, or herbal infusions), as is organic coffee. |
| | Hi: |
| | Diet lemonade would be OK if you Make it yourself. Look at the labels on the diet Crystal light. Loaded with chemicals. I make my homemade by squeezing a whole lemon in a glass of water and adding Stevia.! 😛 Coffee and tea are Ok in moderation as long as you sweeten with Stevia. Water is so important on this , however. |
