Hi LGScarito. SWG stands for “sprouted whole grain”. You can read more about it here https://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread/.

Hi, Procer. Water is, of course, our #1 recommendation. It can be carbonated or not, plain or infused with fresh fruit or flavored with lime or lemon juice and sweetened with a natural non-caloric or low-calorie sweetener (Stevia, monk fruit, xylitol). Beyond that, teas are great (green, white, red, or herbal infusions), as is organic coffee.

Hi:
What kind of beverages are recommended to drink in the menu planner, specially in the breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Deborahjjhayes 11 years ago

Diet lemonade would be OK if you Make it yourself. Look at the labels on the diet Crystal light. Loaded with chemicals. I make my homemade by squeezing a whole lemon in a glass of water and adding Stevia.! 😛 Coffee and tea are Ok in moderation as long as you sweeten with Stevia. Water is so important on this , however.

Hi Patty,
I just started and fell the same way. You don’t have to count the points or servings just eat in the right combination and it seems to be working. 6 meals a day. It feels like I’m always eating and I’m never ever hungry. I started 6 days ago and already feel better.

I’m used to programs that count points or servings of protien and carbs, etc. Am I missing a section like this ? Please help! Thanks
