Hi, johnstk. Olive and/or coconut oils are good replacements in a stuffing recipe.

Hi, elihu1919. We do indeed have fall/winter holiday-type recipes in our collection. You can use them in place of what is in your menu as you wish – just match up the “Exchanges per Serving” at the ends of the recipes with those allotted to you. You can see the latter by clicking on the “Exchange View” button above your menu.

Hi are there any healthy recipes for dressing/stuffing, mac and cheese or
candied yam? I thought my menu would have incorporated a few
holiday recipes.
