Of all the topics, why is this, the CONFUSED topic the only active one? Could it be because we are all confused?

Hi, Mickmaur. “Red water” refers to detox with red spices, fruits, and vegetables. You can check out our detox recipes here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=detox&post_type=recipe, as well as here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/how-to-make-detox-water/.

Hi, Nannymaryburrell. You can find your menus in the “My Menus” app. I’m also attaching a link here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-history/.

I spent a long time selecting my menu for the week. But when I got to the end it hadn’t saved it. Did I do something wrong or is it stored somewhere? .

Hi, kimk. We are currently working on adding that information for the recipes. As for the menu, they absolutely are calculated to provide the correct ratios – no worries 🙂

Hi, Mcastillo. You can build your own meals by clicking on the large circular arrow icon in the upper right corner of each meal – you will be taken to a subapplication that will guide you through the process.

I also just joined and wanted to get the nutritional information included in the recipes not all have them. I love the menu and hope that it does reflect the proper carb/protein/fats ratio per meal.

I see others have questions very similar to mine. I too, just joined in response to the commercial I saw on Facebook. I was expecting something very different from the menu planner. After choosing a huge amount of foods I liked, the menu planner appeared with combos I never would want to eat together and hardly anything I had chosen. I tried for over an hour to make substitutions and still had a very unsatisfying menu. Can we mix and match snacks with regular meals, as long as the carb protein and fat combo is correct? Why can’t we list a group of foods and have the daily menu set up in the right proportions from our own list? I understand the issue of 6 small meals a day, but most people just don’t have the opportunity to stop and prepare and eat that frequently. I also thought there would be better education on the foods not to combine.
I know this is a lot for one post, but I really was disappointed that the program did not seem what the commercial suggested.

Where do I find these things? 2 cups / 240 g flour
SWG*, whole wheat, or spelt can be used alone
Gluten-free flours in a whole grain premix or the following combination:
• ½ cup / 60 g quinoa flour
+ ½ cup / 60 g potato starch or buckwheat flour
+ ½ cup / 60 g tapioca or sorghum flour
+ ½ cup / 60 g blanched almond flour

not to mention
grass-fed this and that?
What stores have these ingredients?

Hello JanWhitmore, The “free foods” are found on the banner above the list of foods to be selected for the MEAL PLANNER. The basically the vegetabes, herbs, spices and seasonings not included in the list. Some are call you can eat” but others have restricted quanities. I’m new to CLUB and found these while trying to determine why the planner wasn’t working for me. Best of luck!
