Exercising in water is excellent for those with knee problems also the cross trainer is great as there is no impact, but watch out you toes will get tingly when you first start using it but after using it regularly it goes away.

I’m not an expert, but I’ve seen exercise dvd/tapes for people who can only sit in chairs. I think they are sold on ebay. Its alot of stretching & moving the arms. hugs~ tweety425

I had to cut back on my walking because of my arthritic knee. On a good day I can manage about 20 minutes, not enough exercise to drop the pounds. Any ideas on type of exercise I should do while I wait for knee replacement? I’m sure some of you have gone through this.
