Public Group active 5 years, 12 months agoI have decided to start this group for UK members to drop into and look for or add meal and snack ideas. I am sticking well to my new eating plan but find it hard to come accross new ideas to stop boredom setting in. So please feel free to add any meals or snacks that you have come across that you think others may enjoy.
