Another tip: If possible I spread my 6 meals out to 8, obviously consuming my same meal plan and food combinations but when I’m going to be home all day this works well and I’m never hungry or deprived.7 months, 2 weeks ago
I highly recommend investing in a Fitbit. It has been such a motivating factor for me. I am challenged to walk at least 10,000 steps each day. Also, if within each hour you have not walked at least 250 steps the watch will buzz and remind you to move!7 months, 2 weeks ago
