It is so hard when you get so busy. I now have a cooler in the ambulance. It still hard to eat at the right intervals.

I found out yesterday that it is very hard to eat the food a brought to work. We ran calls all day and was unable to get back to the station to eat my food.

My answer to this is to bring a cooler in the truck with me.

Any other ideas out there in shift work land?
