Hi out there! I just joined tonight and hope that I can hear from a few of you out there making this TrimDownClub work for you…..I have lost 10 lbs. on my own but the scale hasn’t moved in over 3 weeks of lots of walking and other excersises. How are you doing?
How are you doing now? I spent a lot time shopping for the right stuff last weekend. I made up some seasoned chicken, pork chops and even a steak on the grill.
