    Greetings!!! I’m back to say that it is the start of my 4th week and I’ve lost 7lbs!!!! I love planning my meals and benefits of eating properly. I still have to become consistent with exercise.     I am thankful that I am focused on my goal of eating healthy, exercising and losing weight. I have lost 5 lbs. and I intend to exercise at least 4 days this week! So until next time let’s make right choices when we are away from the comfort of our home. Enjoy your weekend!!!

    This is my second week and I am excited that I lost 5 lbs. my first week!!! All I did was follow the menu that was generated. I am using the same menu this week.
