Public Group active 4 years, 1 month agoA support group for those of us with anxiety and depression and wanting help with losing weight or maintaining.
THERE IS 1 STIPULATION THOUGH: IT IS OK TO SAY YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY ETC BUT DO NOT BURDEN OTHERS WITH YOUR PROBLEMS OR NEGATIVITY. WE WILL ONLY BE DISCUSSING THE DIET AND HOPEFULLY MOOD ENHANCING FOODS, NO BAD THINGS.
