Just coming off 3 weeks of high protein, very low (almost none) carbs. Got extremely sick – doc says I was entering starvation metabolism. So now am aiming to do it right, but need some suggestions for some Complex carb snacks. Any suggestions? Also, are bananas ok for a snack? On the hi protein diet they whew a no-no.
