    Hello everyone, I’m starting my weightloss journey again. I hadn’t exercised regularly in years. I’ve set a goal to start with 20 minutes 3 times a week.I’m on my 2nd week and if I exercise tomorrow I have met my goal so far. I’m hoping this group will help with motivation.

      In the last three weeks I’ve walked approx 40 miles in total and apart from a sore toe i feel good

    Joined the program two weeks ago but I realize I’ll be needing support on the exercise part . I’m so busy with work and family that I’m exhausted by the time I get home and need a push to get going .

It gives you plenty to eat, and I have found that I lose weight slowly, but steadily. I am still dealing with menopause, but eating this way and working out really helps me to feel good.     I have found an old friend again today. My Total Gym and exercise program! Last time I posted (five months ago) I was hoping our family crisis was coming to an end, but I was mistaken.
