Public Group active 7 years, 3 months agoFood Allergies, Gluten Free, Lactose Intolerance, Nut Free, Soy Free, etc? If you deal with limited ingredient(s) and/or food choices, whether for personal &/or medical reason(s), it can be really difficult to create a variety of AND great tasting meals – that everyone in the family will enjoy. Additionally, it can be really tough to dine out – even if it’s just next door! And, lest we forget (as if!), the fortitude, patience and motivation to stay positive in the face of these lifelong necessities, as well as dealing with those in our life that “just don’t/won’t (!) get it”. SHARE: recipes, stories, how you “deal” with people, menus, questions, your feelings, workouts, motivational quotes…whatever you want…just SHARE, as others can/will benefit.
