        Hi Carole! The plan is easier for me (I’ve tried them all) because of the menus. I find that having that menu on the fridge, when I am hungry (or think I am), I look at that menu to see what I can have. I started out not measuring, and that does not work.       I am right there with you on working out. Sometimes, when we start dieting and working out, the dates is replaced with muscle-which weighs more. You probably already know that.
