I don’t eat beans at all or even veggies that are raw or steamed. Broccoli and cauliflower have to be cooked really well for me to handle it, which I think takes away many of their nutrients. So many problems trying to eat right.

There are lots of articles but I’ve found it best to just stay away from popcorn, nuts etc. too many trips to the doctor, emergency, drips etc. it has really made a difference, fingers crossed. Also I take daily fiber supplements.

My doctor said to stay away from popcorn, all nuts, things with seeds like tomatoes (I take out the seeds). I wash strawberries really good. NO corn at all, I take fiber twice a day, stool softers and digestive probiotic. Some of these things have helped so far. I sure don’t want to go back in the hospital.
