I’m so frustrated not finding posts from members each day. For ME, it’s a good way to log in and talk about my success (or failure) the day before. That old saying “Out of sight, out of mind” can deflate someone’s progress, IF they had a bad day. If they had a “good” day, it’s encouraging to others who might feel like giving up! SO, I’m here to express how good I feel after only 3 days at TDC!! I’ve lost 2 lbs by eating right and pushing myself to exercise at least 15 mins each morning! Maybe my excitement will rub off on someone else!! We’ll see!
