      I don’t have a car, so I already spend a lot of “quality time” on my bike. I still enjoy it and will find pleasure in biking through the beautiful autumn colors this fall. It will be a mood enhancer for my twin journey of cancer patient and new TRIM DOWN CLUB member.

      I just joined this group moments ago. I’m taking a dual trip through Cancer Land at the same time as I am dealing with being a new member of this program and this particular group. Hope to share thoughts with you and the others along the way.

    I began biking nearly two months ago. My first ride I rode four miles in 22 minutes and was thrilled. Since that time I have increased my time to a minimum of 30 minutes and a goal of 8 miles.
