I am finally zipping around the menus and my healthy menu rating is 88% can’t do polenta or some of the beans… I substitute Barramundi or Perch for the ling /white fish in menu -is that ok? I miss bacon can we get uncured ham ia Aust?….regards Trud

Hi peachescream75, I joined 10 days ago and have lost 1 Kg so far. I’m enjoying the food and feel great. I’m not
Hungry and have not any stomach upset for 10 days. So all good. Would like to have seen a little more weight lost though!

There seems to be a lot of…[Read more]

I will save you the leg work. I could not find 100 % whole wheat bread anywhere, even health food shops. The meat is only in small portions. I have just finished week one. Have been very satisfied with the food and not feeling hungry. It’s actually nice to be “allowed” to eat cheese. The cottage cheese quiche is yummy but then you have to cut it…[Read more]

Thanks for the info Tracey, I haven’t been able to login for a couple of days and also finding it hard to get all ingredients for the first week. Not been able to really start on the diet either due to family probs but hope to get into it soon.

I buy organic wheat and grind it make my own whole wheat bread when I am feeling like being a domestic goddess-not this week though bought spelt from Wrays organic food shop here in Ipswich instead. Took me about 6 weeks to transform my food cupboard to be mostly organic. What is gammon?
