    I turned 76 in February 2016. Can’t believe it happened so fast. My main problems are belly fat/rolls, I hate them, and where did my muscles go? I am basically healthy and take no medication.     I’m skeptical and cautious. I will become aged 76 during this summer (2016). I have balance issues and sometimes need a cane or walker depending on the venue.       I have lost 20+ pounds since this past May. Slow and steady
      With a lb or 2 going one way or the other. I’m at a standstill for the last couple of weeks. Can’t seem to get any more weight off. This week I upped my exercise a bit. Maybe that will help. It seems like the closer you get to your goal the harder itbis to loose.

    i have been over weight for years my sister kept saying you better loose it before you are 30 or you will be sorry, well here I am at 78 and just getting it done.       i can’t be of much help but just have cut my portions in half and am eating more beans for protein ,eggs or chicken not found of fish so not a lot of that, and the lobs are slowly coming off. Eating the foods i like but just less of them,
