![]() | Great! Thank you! |
![]() | Hi again, Aimee. I will forward the 2-yogurt meal output on to our technical team. |
![]() | Thank you Ossie! What about the yogurt deal, why plain and greek in one meal? What can I do about that? |
![]() | Hi, Aimee. Yes, you can. Protein in the morning is very important. It is wonderful news that you are full. Hopefully that feeling will continue throughout the day and every day. |
![]() | I’m totally determined too but I am so full right now! It’s almost 1pm here and I still have not eaten my lunch! Is it ok to have the variety but cut down the portions? For example, 1/2 serving of my breakfast veggies, 3 oz. of greek yogurt, etc? |
![]() | I felt exactly like this on Day 1. I didn’t manage to get through it all either. However Day 2 I did eat everything. I started off early by having two goes at breakfast a couple of hours apart. Today is Day 3. I’m determined to stick with it, and see what happens after a couple of weeks. |
![]() | OMG, I am so full from breakfast and its lunch time! I’ve been reading lots of posts and a lot of people say the same thing….seriously. Today is my first day, I’m using the menu planner. For breakfast my menu is: 1 serving vegetable salad, 1 cup of raw granola w/yogurt, 1/2 ounce almonds, 6 ounces greek yogurt, 1 egg (I didn’t eat), 1 cup raspberries. There’s no way I can eat all this! And why two types of yogurts in one meal? I missed my morning snack which was 1/2 ounce cashews, 1 lg orange, 1 slice SWG bread. Lunch should be now, 1 serving of green vegteable salad, 3 ounces turkey, 1 cup green beans. No way will I be able to eat all this! HELP! |
