You will be able to see the breakdown of carbs, proteins, and fats under ‘Exchange Mode’ after you create a menu.

I am brand new to this meal plan. How can I cook the meats, I mean I know to broil, BBQ them, but I would like a recipe or some spice, but I am unsure how to combine foods yet, or even how much of a combined food to have. It is very difficult when they just list pork for instance, I would never eat that plain:(
