Hi, DebbiL. You can substitute a muffin for any 1 Carb + 1 Fat exchange in your menu. You can see exchanges by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your menus.

I made the banana muffins and I was wondering what I can substitute those for?

Hi, BJ Capko. Absolutely! Just be sure to count the fruit (serving size per whole fruit) as part of your allotted exchanges.

I dehydrate my own fruit, no sugar added and no chemicals. Can I use these in my food, etc. cereal?

Are all the breakfast meals equal in terms of protein, carbs, fat. Is it ok to choose a breakfast from Monday, a lunch from Tuesday, a snack from Thursday, etc.

Hi, raisay. 1/2 cup cooked kernels or a 5-inch (12.5 cm) cob.

I came across lists of fruit and vegetable serving sizes (including ‘free’ and measured portions of relevant fruit and vegetables). Could you please post the links to where this information can be found? I did contact IT support, but they sent me the wrong information.
