![]() | Hi, elliebelly. At your current weight, your menu generates approximately 117-127 grams of protein, 190-200 grams of carbohydrates, and 90-100 grams of fat. These amounts are calculated to support a weight that is somewhat less than where you are, and will go down as you lose weight. This is too prevent very fast loss that can result in unmovable plateaus and eventual rebound weight gain. The portion sizes are taken from the American Diabetes Association and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetics Association), to meet your nutritional needs at every weight. |
![]() | Hi elliebelly, |
![]() | I also want to know , how many Carb, Protein, etc this program wants me to have? Cause, I feel like I am eating way to many carbs through the day. |
![]() | I have seen other similar questions, am I eating too much? The site support gives the same cut and paste answer every time. I just finished my first week and I feel like I ate way too much. I would like to know how the portion size is calculated? I know about the exchange button, but what quantities are recommended and how is that recommendation calculated? |
