I agree with Ossie water aerobics is the way to go

The very best type of exercise for people in your condition is considered to be water aerobics. Beyond that, low-impact pilates and floor exercises where you work your arms and abs are recommended.

Have had both hips replaced, the 2nd 2yrs ago. I’m still in pretty constant pain from that; the pt exercises too painful to do. Suggestions? Also may be having some foot surgery in the Spring, suggestions on that for exercise.
