![]() | The very best type of exercise for people in your condition is considered to be water aerobics. Beyond that, low-impact pilates and floor exercises where you work your arms and abs are recommended. |
![]() | Have had both hips replaced, the 2nd 2yrs ago. I’m still in pretty constant pain from that; the pt exercises too painful to do. Suggestions? Also may be having some foot surgery in the Spring, suggestions on that for exercise. |
