Ossie-Sharon 6 years ago | Hi, lynpowys. Malt Loaf is more processed a product than we would recommend, but you can do something similar in terms of convenience. We suggest you prepare a healthy option, separate into individual servings, and freeze them for use as you wish. Check out some of our related recipes, such as https://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=muffin&post_type=recipe, https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/fruit-nut-cereal-bars/, https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/granola-bars-modification-of-ginos-breakfast-bars/. |
lynpowys 6 years ago | Could anyone please tell me if it would be possible to replace a snack item with a small slice of Malt Loaf? It contains less than 1gm fat and around 10gm sugar? Thank you |
