Hi, Moshroom, and velkommen. There are some people here from Norway, including this user https://www.trimdownclub.com/members/katytavakkoli/ (she contributed this recipe: https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/norwegian-cauliflower-soup-blomkalsuppe/). I suggest you use the full Menu Planner application so that you can select the foods that would best suit you. Our lists are quite generic and actually have items that have Norwegian versions. If you follow the general pricniples of the program – to avoid processed food and watch portion sizes – you can eat what you are used to.

I’ll be fair and write this in English seing as the majority speaks English, but here goes.
I’m from Norway and I feel just as if I’ve tried everything. My “last” hope is TrimDownClub and I really want my money to be worth while, but seing as I am in fact from Norway, many of the recipes don’t really “apply” to me or can be harder to go for since we have different products in our store shelves. This is making me a tad frustrated, but I’ll try to stay positive and do as hard as I can to make this work.

My question is: Is there anyone else from Scandinavia, preferably from Norway who would like to chat up and help me with my choices in food and recipes? I can’t figure out how to find 70% of the ingredients in my weekly food-list and I don’t know what I can use as substitutes since I have no idea what I’m doing.

Please help me.
